Returns Policy

We hope you’re happy with your HomenestUK purchase, if you decide it isn’t right for you,  you can return or exchange unwanted items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original tender type.

Please note, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact)

• Have proof of purchase such as receipt or order confirmation. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If you would like to arrange a home collection for larger items, please contact us at sales@myhomenest.co.uk.   

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and issue an exchange and collection straight  away. 

 

Exchanges

You can hit exchange when logging into your account or through your tracking number as above and we will issue a collection and exchange. 

Alternatively, you can return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We are more than happy to arrange this for you! 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 days.
